If we are able to offer this continuation, please understand that payments will have to be made monthly in USD and forwarded to Longreach prior to the end of each month.
Longreach is approaching our insurers to see if we are able to offer our group policies after March 31st 2022, when AJX sponsorship of you medical policy ceases.
Group medical policies require a minimum number, so we need to know how many of our currently insured pilots would like to remain on their current policy, on the understanding that you will have to pay for this policy yourself (in general, each and every month).
It is important that we know how many would remain on their policy, given the opportunity. So please consider carefully before submitting the form below.
