Longreach China is proud to offer the recruitment of Captains to fly the Airbus A320 for Spring Airlines of China.
These positions are available for type rated A320 pilots with command experience.
Spring Airlines is based in Shangahi and is privately owned by Spring Travel, China’s largest travel agency. Its fleet of 37 A320 aircraft operate to over 50 destinations throughout China and Asia.
These contract are 3 years in length and allow a flexible roster mode to maximise the lifestyle choice for pilots who commute, with excellent total remuneration well above industry rates for all modes. A selection of bases are available that include Shanghai, Shenzhen, Osaka and Bangkok.
Spring Airlines pays all Chinese income taxes, and there are excellent benefits on offer.
Longreach provides all of its pilots with access to our group Loss of Income insurance and Life Insurance underwritten by Lloyds of London, with selectable levels of cover up to US$10,000 per month for 24 months, plus a lump sum of up to US$550,000. In addition, all Longreach pilots are automatically covered by our emergency medical insurance and travel benefits package.

Requirements
- Valid A319/A320/A321 rating
- Minimum 1,000 hours PIC on A320 and 3,000 hours total on A320 family, or
- Minimum 1,500 hours PIC on A320 and 5,000 hours PIC on any jet aircraft
- Recent on type with 12 months
- Under age of 55 when joinning
- Valid ICAO rating
- Valid ICAO ATPL
- Valid First Class Medical
- ICAO English Level 4 or above
