BCA is undergoing an exciting transformation what will offer great opportunities for Airbus qualified pilots. BCA’s majority shareholder is now the Beijing Municipal Government who will be providing BCA with access to the best resrouces as the company transitions to the new Beijing Daxing International Airport in late 2019
Currently BCA operates over 200 routes across China plus 18 international routes including Osaka, Vancouver, London, Madrid, Sydney and Melbourne, and now BCA is now looking at opening up new international routes from their Beijing base and ultimately aiming to be among the top five airlines in China!
These contracts are 3 years in length and renewable to age 60. Pilots can choose from 3 rosters to suit all lifestyle choices, including commuting pilots.
Bases are available at Beijing, Hangzhou, Qingdao, Guangzhou and Sanya.
Furthermore, BCA pays your Chinese income tax liability so that you receive all the amounts indicated below in your hand with no further liability to taxation in China.
The combination of high monthly remuneration, lifestyle choice, generous expatriate benefits with renewable contract extensions makes this a highly desirable position.
Longreach provides all of its pilots with access to our group Loss of Income insurance and Life Insurance underwritten by Lloyds of London, with selectable levels of cover up to US$10,000 per month for 24 months, plus an optional lump sum of up to US$550,000, depending upon age.
In addition, all Longreach pilots are automatically covered by our emergency medical insurance and travel benefits package.

Capital Airlines offers four types of roster, and salary is commensurate with the roster chosen.
Please note: These salary rates outlined in this document are net of Chinese tax.

Requirements
- A319/A320/A321 type rating
- Minimum 500 hours PIC on A319/A320/A321
- Minimum 3000 hrs total time
- Current on type within 12 months
- Max age of 52 years old
- Valid ATPL from country with diplomatic relations with PRC.
- Valid First Class Medical
- Valid passport from country with diplomatic relations with PRC.
- No history of incidents or accidents
- No criminal record
- ICAO English Level 4 or above
